PM at Delphi Economic Forum: Greece “the next big thing” in investments

Greece has become a friendlier and more credible country in terms of business and investments, Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras said in an address wrapping up the second day of the Delphi Economic Forum on Friday, ANA reports.

The country has become “less bureaucratic, with a modern tax system, uniform and fair competition rules, and with a far stronger social structure for all Greek citizens,” he said, reviewing his government’s achievement and looking forward to the end of the adjustment program in August 2018.

Reviewing the economy, the premiersaid that “recession-mired Greece returned to growth in 2017 dynamically, and this trend is expected to lead to over 2% growth this year and the following years.”
