Greek-Russian Business Council convenes in Athens to promote exports

The Greek-Russian Business Council met at the offices of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV) on Wednesday to discuss exports between the two countries, ANA reports.

According to figures presented at the meeting, Greek exports to Russia grew by 8.8 pct in 2017 compared to 2016, totalling 234 million euros. Imports from Russia also increased, by 20.5 pct, totalling 3.42 billion euros. Russia accounts for 6.8 pct of all imports to Greece.
