The 9th week of the electronic platform for primary residence protection and the favorable regulation and subsidization of housing, consumer and business loans secured against a mortgage on a primary residence has now been completed, ANA reports.
According to the data of the Special Secretariat for Private Debt Management, between July 1 and September 1:
– 85,628 users have logged in.
– 17,925 users have begun the process of preparing the application.
– 32 applications have been submitted and forwarded to banks.
– two regulatory proposals have been submitted by banks and approval of the borrowers is now pending.
