Greek merchant shipping fleet grew 0.2 pct in numbers totaling 1,860 ships in September compared with the same month last year, after an 1.0 pct increase recorded in the 2017/2016 period, Hellenic Statistical Authority said on Tuesday, according to ANA.
The statistics service, in a monthly report, noted that total capacity of the Greek shipping fleet was 42,912,915 dwt, down 3.7 pct compared with the same period in 2017.
