Roughly 205,984 (or 14.6 pct of total) enterprises, with a workforce of at least 1,063,098 workers (25.4 pct of total) are currently in a suspension of operation status under state order, as part of measures to contain a fast-spreading coronavirus in Greece, according to ANA.
These enterprises had a turnover of 1.02 billion euros in February 2020 and a value of exports reaching 32.5 million euros, Hellenic Statistical Authority (ELSTAT) noted in a report on Thursday.
