Food and package couriers should be immediately supplied by their employers with protective gear for the severe weather, to protect their health and safety during the icy conditions following a severe snowstorm on Monday night, the Labor & Social Affairs Ministry said on Tuesday, ANA reports.
In an announcement, the ministry noted employees should be particularly protected over evening hours, when conditions will deteriorate, and said many violations should be registered with the Labor Inspectorate (SEPE).
