Greece is only days away from reopening its tourism sector to foreign visitors, Tourism Minister Haris Theoharis said at the Delphi Economic Forum on Thursday, adding that the current year cannot be compared with 2019 or judged by previous years’ standards but on the basis of the efforts underway to restart the tourism season this year, ANA reports.
“The ministry’s efforts have multiple fronts, including actions and agreements in the area of health, in the economy and in diplomacy,” he said and unveiled that he is to visit Israel next week with Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis.
