Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias on Thursday condemned the Turkish illegal behavior at his meeting with NATO secretary-general Jens Stoltenberg in Berlin noting in parallel that Greece shows composure but it will defend its sovereignty and its sovereign rights, diplomatic sources said, ANA reports.
According to the same sources, at the meeting that was held on the sidelines of the informal EU Foreign Ministers Council meeting, it was noted that NATO should not accept such behavior that violates the principles and undermine the cohesion and effectiveness of the Alliance while on his part Stoltenberg expressed the intention to try to de-escalate the situation.
