The strong will and desire of the new Israeli government not only to continue cooperation with Cyprus in all areas but also to further strengthen it, was expressed in the meetings of the Cypriot Foreign Minister Nikos Christodoulides with the new Government of Israel under Prime Minister Naftali Bennett, CNA reports.
According to diplomatic sources, three issues stand out from the contacts and meetings of the Foreign Minister with the new government of Israel, the Prime Minister, the President, and the Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Defense, Energy, and Finance of the country.
Firstly, concerning the bilateral relations between Cyprus and Israel, the sources told CNA that the strong will of the new Israeli government was revealed, not only to continue cooperation in all areas but also to strengthen them even more.
