Greek state budget shows primary deficit of 9.1 billion euros between January-June

Greek state budget recorded a primary deficit of 9.093 billion euros in the January-June period this yea,r down from a budget target for a shortfall of 9.919 billion euros, but from a deficit of 6.101 billion in the corresponding period in 2020, ANA reports.

The general government balance showed a deficit of 12.221 billion euros in the six-month period, down from a budget target for a deficit of 12.950 billion and a deficit of 9.232 billion in the same period in 2020.
