New competition rules, environmental challenges and regulatory trends in the shipping sector were discussed during the Annual Conference of the European Maritime Law Organisation (EMLO), held on October 17 and 18 October in Limassol, with the Cyprus Shipping Chamber and Cyprus Union of Shipowners being official supporters, CNA reports.
According to a Cyprus Shipping Chamber press statement, Vice-President of the Cyprus Shipping Chamber Dieter Rohdenburg addressed the Opening Reception on October 17, welcoming the distinguished guests and delegates of the Conference.
