A protest rally will be held by teachers at 13:00 at Propylea in central Athens on Thursday, to demand the retraction of the draft bill for universities and evaluations of schools, among other things, ANA reports.
In a statement announcing it would join the protest, the Teaching Federation of Greece (DOE) complained that the bill is “against education” and claimed the government had opened high schools “without taking any measure to protect the health and life of teachers and students.”
