President of the Republic, Katerina Sakellaropoulou, on Sunday, toured the action “200 years of Greece-40 years of Europe”, co-organized by the Municipality of Athens, pod.gr and the magazine gr.mag, ANA reports.
These are 21 posters that have been posted on special stands of the Municipality of Athens, on Vas. Olgas Street, and are original works by artists, photographers, cartoonists, graphic designers, and creative communication offices. The President of the Republic was accompanied by the Mayor of Athens, Costas Bakogiannis.
Afterward, the President of the Republic toured the open-air exhibition “History has a face”, which is hosted outside the National Garden. The exhibition presents 22 paintings with some of the 320 unique portraits of fighters of ’21, created by Benjamin Mary, Belgium’s diplomatic representative in Greece.
