Greek Deputy Minister for Civil Protection and Crises Management Nikos Hardalias will visit the city of Thessaloniki on Sunday where he will have a series of meetings for the preparation of Makedonia Airport of Thessaloniki ahead of its reopening to flights from abroad on June 15, ANA reports.
Hardalias who will also be in Thessaloniki on Monday will hold meetings with Fire Brigade, Greek Police, and Armed Forces top officers for the better coordination of the involved services that will be called to take all the necessary measures to guarantee the smooth transition to normality for Makedonia airport services.
