Consular authorities: No Greeks injured in Egypt terror attacks

CAIRO (ANA/ N. Katsikas) No Greeks have been reported hurt in the terror attacks in Alexandria and Tanta in Egypt, the Greek General Consul Emmanouil Kakavelakis informed the Athens-Macedonian News Agency (ANA) on Sunday.

“Until now, we have not become aware of the injury of any Greek,” Kakavelakis said. The Greek Ambassador to Egypt Michail Christos Diamesis said he had been in constant communication with the two general consuls in Cairo and Alexandria and with Greek communities around the country.
