4.1 magnitude quake hits Cyprus without injuries or damage

A 4.1 magnitude earthquake shook parts of Nicosia, Limassol and Larnaca late on Sunday night.

No casualties or damage to property was reported, according to SigmaLive Greek.

According to a tweet from Cyprus’ Geological Department, the quake occurred at 9:46pm, 15km south of Larnaca and at a depth of 30km.

The European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC) reported that the quake was a 4.0 magnitude.
