Greek Parliament President Constantine Tassoulas on Thursday declared the commencement of the proceedings of the “Greece 2021” Committee and its cooperation with the Hellenic Parliament Foundation for Parliamentarism and Democracy, in view of the country’s preparations for the 200th anniversary of the National Revival of Greece and the 1821 revolution against Ottoman rule, ANA reports.
The event commenced at 10:30 with the President of the Republic Prokopios Pavlopoulos attending.
