Syros, the capital of the Cyclades, has for the past 15 years hosted the most prestigious summer classical music event in the entire Aegean: The International Cycladic Classical Music Festival. As in every other year, the festival returns to Syros in August with two outdoor concerts with free admission for the public, on August 12-13, ANA reports.
Taking into consideration the special conditions created by the pandemic, the festival organizers will also provide the opportunity to promote its activity worldwide using the internet, with an online broadcast of recorded performances of Beethoven’s great works from August 14 (July 2020 production of the International Classical Music Festival).
