Greek restaurant Funky Gourmet located in Athens ranked 21st in TripAdvisor’s annual Travelers’ Choice awards for the world’s best restaurants.
This year’s awards honor the top 25 restaurants in the world, while dedicated lists were also compiled for Asia, Canada, Europe, India, South America, South Pacific, the UK and the US.
The awards are based on the millions of reviews the site receives from travelers worldwide, using an algorithm that takes into consideration the quantity and quality of feedback gathered over a 12-month period.
According to TripAdvisor, the 10 best restaurants in Greece are:
