A Greek gastronomy and culture festival was held in the Chinese cities Guangzhou, Xiamen and Shenzhen from May 9 to May 20, with the support of the Municipality of Zakynthos and under the auspices of the Greek consulate in Guangzhou, in cooperation with the “Acropolis” Attica chefs’ club, ANA reports.
“The cuisine of Zakynthos island impressed the Chinese, who are fond of all aspects of Greek culture,” President of the Acropolis club, Costas Mouzakis told the Athens-Macedonian News Agency (ANA).
