A ten-day festival on Spain’s gastronomy entitled “Spain on your Plate” was inaugurated on Thursday evening at the Hilton Hotel in Athens, ANA reports.
The festival is held by the Trade and Finance bureau of the Embassy of Spain in Athens and the Athens Hilton in collaboration with the Spanish ICEX.
During the 10 days of the festival, visitors will have the opportunity to savor Spanish cuisine through a menu specially made for the occasion, which will include live cooking by famous Spanish chefs.
