Starbucks’ newest outlet in Greece opened on Tuesday off iconic Syntagma Square, Athens’ premier plaza, across from Parliament and the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, naftemporiki.gr reports. The cafe is located in the neo-classical building that already hosts the Public department store.
The site is regarded as amongst the most heavily visited in the greater Athens area.
The Seattle-based company has operated outlets in the country since 2002.
