The maximum number of positions for dependent employment, seasonal employment, and high-skilled employment of third-country nationals for 2026 is set at 94,240. Specifically, the maximum number of positions for dependent employment is 44,240, for seasonal employment is 48,000, and for high-skilled employment is 2,000.
Indicatively, for hotel and tourism cleaning workers, the maximum number reaches 4,800 people. For cleaning staff (cleaners/cleaning assistants of shared spaces, hotels, and tourist accommodations, housekeepers) the maximum number reaches 4,300 people. For gardeners/green space maintenance workers of hotels and tourist accommodations, the maximum number reaches 400 people.
For catering services in hotels and tourist accommodations, the maximum number reaches 6,200 people. For head chefs/cooks, the maximum number reaches 700 people. For food preparation assistants (kitchen/washer-up assistants, fast-food and related food preparers) the maximum number reaches 4,000 people.
For waiters/waitresses / waiter assistants, the maximum number reaches 1,100 people. For bartenders/bar staff, the maximum number reaches 400 people.
