Russian tourists prefer now holidays in Thailand, Vietnam and India, according to November searches at sletat.ru website announced by the Association of Russian Tourist Operators (ATOR) .
Thailand ranks first, followed by India, Vietnam, United Arab Emirates, Sri Lanka, Israel, Mexico, Bulgaria, Andorra, Abkhazia, Austria, China and Jordan in that order.
The total number of searches, however, has decreased by 40% in November compared to October and only 2% of Russians celebrated New Year abroad while the vast majority remained home.
