The Russian tourist industry is looking forward for the opening of the Turkish direction and will be very glad, if it is returned to the market, the press-secretary of the Russian Union of Travel Industry (RUTI), Irina Tyurina, announced.
“The ban on the sale of tickets to Turkey was introduced due to the security concerns. There are a lot of acts of terrorism in the country in the recent years. Therefore, there is no certainty that after the apology of the Turkish leader, the direction will be opened for the Russian tourism,” Interfax quoted Tyurina as saying.
