Nearly 70 meetings are scheduled to be held among participating businesses at the first Greece-Mozambique forum, Greek Deputy Foreign Minister for the Diaspora Terens Quick said on Thursday, from the capital of Mozambique, Moputo.
The B2B meetings have been arranged between companies in the sectors of solar energy, standardization of farm products, water resources, construction, medication, as well as the transfer of technical knowledge in tourism.
On the forum sidelines, Quick saw Lourenco Sambo, director general of Mozambique’s Investment Promotion Center, who had initiated the business meeting by request to the Greek Foreign ministry.
The Greek minister is heading a business mission to African countries organised by the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV) and the Greek-African Chamber.
