Most Germans will travel by air to Mallorca, New York and London, for New Year’s Eve, according to a survey of the German airline booking platform CHECK24.
58% of the trips will take place in Europe, 6% will be contained within Germany, and 36% will be carried out to the rest of the world.
The most common duration is 7 days.
Most recent trips to New Year’s Eve are made by bachelors (30%) and couples (43%), while families prefer not to travel.
The survey was conducted from January to October 2017.
