Cyprus Deputy Minister for Tourism Savvas Perdios has said that the Deputy Ministry will soon announce the final version of the 2020 – 2030 National Tourism Strategy, CNA reports.
Tourism is among the Government’s top priorities, Perdios stressed on Friday, speaking at an event of the Cyprus Hotels Association in Famagusta.
According to Perdios, for the years 2020 – 2021 the Deputy Ministry was planning to put emphasis on Cyprus’ connectivity, its branding which would be launched in Germany in March, the implementation of the regulatory framework and the purchase of an electronic platform that would help the Deputy Ministry and the hoteliers to evaluate the quality of services provided in each district, known as “on-line reputation management”.
