The alternative forms of tourism that Greece can offer, such as its hot springs and gastronomy, were presented by the Greek National Tourism Organisation in Scandinavia to the Swedish market in two events held on 6 and 7 November in Malm? and Gothenburg, respectively, ANA reports.
The head of the agency, Pavlos Mourmas, presented the country’s potential as an ideal tourism destination throughout the year but also the measures Greece is assuming against the spread of the pandemic. The presentations were attended by tour operators and tourism sector entrepreneurs from both cities, representatives of local media as well as the president of the Greek community of Malm?. The events included a live Greek music program, while both were broadcast via live streaming and social media.
