Slovakian FM meets separately with his Greek counterpart and the PM in Athens

Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis discussed furthering Greece-Slovakia relations after the coronavirus pandemic, in a meeting he held at Maximos Mansion with the country’s visiting Foreign Minister Ivan Korcok, on Wednesday, ANA reports.

Meanwhile, at a meeting between Foreign Affairs Minister Nikos Dendias and Korcok earlier in the day, the Greek minister stressed that apart from cooperating at EU level and as NATO allies, Greece and Slovakia can take their bilateral relations even further in economic terms, in the sectors of energy and tourism, and also in cultural issues.

Greece is a vital ally for Slovakia, said Korcok, and thanked his Greek counterpart for being briefed on the latest developments in the Eastern Mediterranean and Greek-Turkish relations.
