Greece reinstates tourist visas for fully vaccinated visitors from Qatar

Tourists from Qatar who have been vaccinated against the coronavirus will soon be able to enter Greece for their summer vacations, according to greekreporter.com.

Qatar Airways Holidays is offering an all-in-one vacation package to Greece, which strictly follows the current international health restrictions for travel between May 14 and September 30, 2021.

Qatari citizens and residents who have completed their Covid-19 vaccinations can enjoy Qatar Airways’ “Summer in Greece” trip to Athens and Mykonos island and a quarantine-free return to Doha. This has been made possible by the collaboration of the Greek government, which has announced they will reinstate the issuance of tourist visas to Qataris.

Flights to and from the Greek island of Mykonos will operate on Friday, Saturday, and Monday, while flights to and from Athens will operate every day of the week. The Embassy of Greece in Qatar will be accepting applications from potential travelers for the necessary entry permit visas starting on April 25.
