Cyprus has conveyed its determination in efforts to strengthen the World Trade Organisation, CNA reports.
The position was outlined by Ambassador Olympia Neocleous who presented her credentials to the WTO’s Director-General Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala earlier this week.
During a meeting, the two discussed the forthcoming WTO ministerial meeting that will take place in early December in Geneva where fisheries, agriculture, commerce, and health as well as reforms within the organization will be examined.
