Greece and Romania mark 140 years of diplomatic relations with Byzantine Museum show

Greece and Romania are presenting an exhibition of diplomatic documents at the Byzantine & Christian Museum to mark the 140 years of Greek-Romanian diplomatic relations, the Greek Foreign Affairs Ministry said on Thursday, ANA reports.

The exhibition, originally planned for the 140th anniversary in 2020, was postponed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. It is organized by the diplomatic archives of the two countries’ Foreign Affairs Ministries and the Romanian embassy in Athens.

The exhibition will be at the Byzantine & Christian Museum from July 1 through July 15 (the inauguration ceremony on the evening of July 5), and visiting hours will be Mondays-Sundays 08:00-20:00, except for Tuesdays, when it will be open 13:00-20:00.
