The Egyptian embassy in Athens celebrated Egypt’s national day on Monday evening in the presence of high-ranking guests. “Egypt and Greece will work closely together to further deepen their strategic ties,” Edypt’s ambassador to Greece, Omar Amer Youssef, said in his greeting, stressing that there are no limits to the prospects of cooperation between the two states, ANA reports.
He also pledged that the Egyptian Embassy in Greece will relentlessly work to further advance cooperation between the two countries in all fields, in the political, cultural, and commercial fields, in tourism, and in reviving interest in the Greek and Arabic languages. “We believe that the people-to-people dimension remains a key feature of this solid partnership,” he stressed.
