Interior Minister Panos Skourletis estimated that behind the institutions’ demands on the Public Power Corporation there is “a plan against PPC’s wealth”, in an interview with Eidiseis newspaper on Saturday. Referring to his argument on the issue, he stated that he does not accept the term “rebel” because, as he clarified, he does not express his personal views but he defends the government’s programme commitments.
Skourletis supported his recent proposal for a broad majority in the voting of the new measures saying that these measures “also concern and the next government irrespective of which this will be.”
