Τwo sections of Ionia Odos motorway will be delivered on Wednesday. This is the tunnel Klokova, located between Antirrion and Messolonghi, and the road section of motorway which extends until Kefalovrysso, of total length of 37 km.
Klokova tunnel was completed earlier than scheduled, Transport Minister Christos Spirtzis said on Tuesday. The original plan was to be ready in August. The construction of the longest tunnel of the motorway in Klokova was very difficult but it will render the trip from Antirrio to Ioannina safer and shorter.
