Greece’s privatization agency (HRADF) announced on Thursday the highest bidders in a real estate tender that was conducted through the website www.e-publicrealestate.gr (e-Auction).
The five properties and successful bidders were the following:
-For the sale of four plots of farmland in Neos Marmaras in Sithonia, Chalkidiki, the highest bidder was ?ULTRASTROY EOOD?, offering 3,100,700 euros.
-For the sale of a property with listed buildings at the center of Kalamata, on 11-13, Aristomenous street, the highest bidder was “Savvas Georgiopoulos & Co”, offering 1,050,000 euros.
-For the sale of a peoperty neighbouring Attiki Odos in Halandri (ΧΕΥ 9), the highest bidder was the municipality of Halandri, offering 640,000 euros.
-For the sale of an ideal share of 66.6 percent on a three-storied listed building on 33 Perikleous and 14 Ktena Street in the center of Athens, the highest bidder was ?Salfo and Associates”, offering 257,000 euros.
-For a long-term lease on a property neighbouring Attiki Odos in Halandri (ΧΕΥ 8), the highest bidder was the municipality of Halandri, offering 28,530.34 euros/year.
