An old building at Syntagma Square will come back to life. The building at Kriezotou str. & Panepistimiou str. which used to be the HQ of the Greek Agricultural Bank.
According to the available information, the Ex-worker Fund of the former employees of the Agricultural Bank that owns it, wants to lease it and a relevant tender is under way.
Right now the building is empty. However, there are certain issues regarding some ownership details. It remains to be seen what is going to happen, as it is indeed expected to attract interest from investors.
