Greece’s Lamda Development on Wednesday announced the sale of a real estate property “Kalemegdan” in Belgrade, Serbia, for 25 million euros.
In an announcement, the company noted the sale was part of its existing strategy to focus in activities in the Greek market, particularly in the shopping malls and retail commerce sectors and the very important project of Hellinikon. The book value of the property in Belgrade was 40.4 million euros.
