Notaries decide to suspend auctions across Greece until January 3

The notaries’ associations of Athens, Piraeus, the Aegean and Dodecanese islands on Tuesday decided to suspend auctions for overdue debts to banks, the public sector and social insurance funds executed at the lower first-instance instance courts of their respective regions until January 3, 2018, according to ANA.

Electronic auctions for debts to private-sector entities, by contrast, will be carried out normally.
