EBRD buys 4.4% of Greece's Globalworth real estate group

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) will take part with 50 million euros in the equity capital of Globalworth, a real estate group of Greek interests and the most important real estate company in Romania, a document of the Greek Embassy in Bucharest announced, ANA reports.

According to an EBRD announcement posted on its website, the bank responded to a public offer for the acquisition of Globalworth stock by buying a 4.4 percent share for 50 million euros.
