Intercontinental International REIC on Tuesday announced the purchase of a commercial real estate property in Kolonaki, central Athens, for 2,450,000 euros, ANA reports.
The five-storey building covers a space of 838 sq.m. and it is fully leased to five different companies (stores and offices). The purchase was made using own capital. Marios Apostolinas, the company’s CEO, noted the purchase raised the office portfolio, strengthened the company’s presence in Kolonaki and focused on single-ownership buildings.
