The Holy Metropolis of Kitrοus, Katerini, and Platamonas announced the long-term lease through a public sealed-bid auction of a total area of 22,023,95 sq.m, with a fa?ade on the coastal road of Beach – Olympic Coast at a distance of 100 meters from the sea and 200 meters from the settlement of the Olympic Coast of the Municipality of Katerini.
The property includes well-organized camping facilities along with various buildings such as hospitality houses, restaurant facilities, swimming pool, WC structures, showers, and other auxiliary spaces.
The auction will be carried out in two phases:
Initially, by Monday 21 September 2020 at 2 pm, a file with supporting documents and technical specifications must be submitted to the Protocol Office of the Holy Metropolis of Kitrοus, Katerini, and Platamonas.
On Monday 19 October 2020 and from 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. the sealed files of the financial bids will be submitted to the Secretariat of the Holy Metropolis (Metropolis Street 6, Katerini, TK 601 32).
