Greek authorities extended for another month the measure for a 40% reduction of commercial rents for enterprises in the sectors of hospitality, transport, culture, and sports that were hit by the pandemic crisis, ANA reports.
Greek Finance Minister Christos Staikouras said the measure will be extended in September. Staikouras, in comments made to ANT1 TV on Tuesday, said that commercial property owners will be eligible for a tax return equal to the 30 pct of the loss of the rent and that this sum will be cleared with income or property taxes this year.
