House prices in Cyprus drop 4.9% during the second quarter 2021

House Price Index (HPI) for the second quarter of 2021 amounts to 104.07 units, according to a preliminary estimate of the Statistical Service of Cyprus, CNA reports.
 
Compared to the first quarter of 2021, the HPI grew by 1.2% while compared to the Index of the corresponding quarter of 2020, the Index decreased by 4.9%.
