Cyprus Central Bank reports slowdown in the price of houses as apartment prices go up

A slowdown in the residential property price indices in Cyprus both quarterly and on an annual basis has been reported in the second quarter of 2021, as a result of a small decrease in the price of houses and an increase in the price of apartments, CNA reports.

According to the Residential Property Price Index (RPPI) report for 2021 Q2 published by the Central Bank in Cyprus, a quarterly increase of 0.3% was recorded.
