DKG Development, a company with experience in real estate development and the upgrading of the urban environment, following the upgrade of the Local Health Unit of the Municipality of Moschato, on Str. Makrygianni Street, which it implemented in 2024, recently completed upgrade works at the Moschato-Tavros City Hall.
DKG Development undertook the implementation of the interventions, contributing to the aesthetic and functional upgrade of an emblematic public building. The intervention will also be implemented, as a donation, with the company covering all required expenses both at the level of studies and construction, materials and works. The aim is to upgrade a building – a symbol of democratic functioning and the everyday life of citizens.
This specific initiative reflects DKG Development’s commitment to returning value to the areas where it operates. Through the reconstruction and utilization of emblematic buildings that need renovation and enhancement and participation in social actions, the company seeks to strengthen the local community, upgrade the daily lives of citizens and create new development opportunities for the Municipality. At the same time, DKG Development continues to invest in new constructions in the area, actively supporting the development of the Municipality.
