“Digi.travel Thailand International Conference & Expo” was organized by Travel Media Applications, publisher of TravelDailyNews Asia-Pacific, in cooperation with the PATA (Pacific Asia Travel Association) Thailand Chapter, on Wednesday 24 February 2016 at the Four Points By Sheraton Hotel in Bangkok and incorporates the “Digital Innovation Asia Awards”.
The Conference is the platform where the travel & hospitality professionals can be updated on the current trends of the Digital Marketing and Distribution of the tourism products, while the Awards are featuring the most innovative digital work in Asia-Pacific travel and tourism.

Chinese market experts that addressed Digi.Travel Thailand International Conference were Jason Lu by Ctrip.com, Karen Tam of Harbour City Hong Kong, an innovative company in Social Media utilization in China, and Jens Thraenhart, founder of Chinese digital agency Dragon Trail and ChinaTravelTrends.com 2008.
Russian market experts who spoke at the conference included Maria Gorbachev from TMI Consulting, Nikita Kirgintsev from Jetradar and Olga Gergenkop by Centara International.
The Digi.travel Thailand Conference, takes place annually in Greece (this year on November 22-23) as well as in several European countries (recently Poland and Sweden), it is organized by Greek company Travel Media Applications set up by the traveldailynews and will be held now annually in Asia.
The aim of this international conference is to demonstrate to SE Asian travel and tourism companies ways to exploit new developments in digital technologies.
