Vasilis Apostolopoulos, CEO in Athens Medical Group, on Friday proposed the 10-year concession of a factory unit to Elon Musk so that Tesla can develop an R&D centre it is planning to found in Greece, ANA reports.
Addressing the Delphi Economic Forum 2018, he said the factory unit is located in Corinth and that the proposal for its concession to Tesla – at a zero cost – was presented with a personal letter sent to Elon Musk. Apostolopoulos said there were proposals and solutions for the Greek economy but stressed that problems remained because of a lack of vision. He added that Greece tended to take only the necessary steps without any vision for the future.
