Wind Hellas strategic development chief Antonis Tzortzakakis announced on Wednesday at the “Toward 5G Enabled Gigabit Society” conference that the mobile network operator has already started working under the auspices of the Infrastructure Ministry toward the introduction next year of a pilot fifth-generation (5G) network in Greek city of Kalamata in the southwestern Peloponnese.
